• Terms and Conditions

    • Any 50% deposit paid to me is non-refundable because it accounts for my time and resources.
    • I cannot guarantee that a painting will be completed and delivered by a specific date although I will try my best.
    • I retain the copyright of all the artworks I produce and sell.
    • I package my paintings to a high standard to reduce the likelihood of damage occurring in transit. However, in the event that any damage does occur during the delivery of the painting once it is out of my hands, I will not be liable for the damage.

  • Privacy Policy

    • I will not share any personal information (including any photos) sent to me.
    • I will take my own photos/ videos of all my paintings before I package and post them, but I will always ask for consent to share any images/ videos I take of a painting online.
